If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to support@fyles.app rather than disclosing it publicly, so we can address it responsibly. Please include the steps to reproduce and the affected platform and version.

Frequently asked questions

Does Fyles store my files in the cloud?

No. Fyles is peer-to-peer: files travel directly between devices and are never stored on a server we operate. See the Privacy Policy.

Why does a transfer sometimes fail over the internet?

Direct device-to-device connections across the internet are not always possible due to the way networks and firewalls work. Transfers on the same local network (e.g. your home Wi-Fi) are the most reliable.

How do I delete my data?

All your data lives on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it. See Data Deletion for details.

Which platforms are supported?

Fyles runs on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and Linux.
